Scary Movie 5




Scary Movie 5 (stylized as SCARY MOVIE) is a 2013 American comedy film and the fifth installment of the Scary Movie franchise. It was distributed by Dimension Films, a division of The Weinstein Company. The film is directed by Malcolm D. Lee and written by David Zucker.[3] It was released on April 12, 2013.[4]
Scary Movie 5 is the first and only installment of the franchise not to feature Cindy Campbell (played by Anna Faris) or Brenda Meeks (Regina Hall). It premiered on April 11 at the Hollywood’s ArcLight Cinerama Dome.[5] The film parodies various horror films and other popular culture such as the novel Fifty Shades of Grey and Tyler Perry's character Madea.
Despite being universally panned by critics, the film was commercially successful, making over $78 million against its budget of $20 million, even if this amount is the least successful of the Scary Movie franchise.[2]

Plot

Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan get together to make a sex tape with over 20 cameras beside Sheen's bed. The time-lapsed tape fast forwards through the two doing all sorts of bedroom antics, including gymnastics, riding a horse, and having clowns jump in under the sheets. Sheen is pulled into the air by a paranormal force and thrown against walls, shelves, and doors until he lands on the bed again. Lohan is frightened so she decides to go home when she flies into the air as well; she becomes possessed and throws him into the camera and kills him. The text explains that Sheen's body was found that day but he didn't stop partying until days later, and that his three kids were found missing, Lohan was arrested, again, and a reward was put out for the missing children.
Several months later, Ja'Marcus and D'Andre are walking in the Humboldt County woods in California in search of cannabis plants to steal. After stealing one and fleeing, they take shelter in a cabin in the woods. Upon entering they see three strange creatures, later confirmed to be Sheen's children, and turn them in for the reward. The feral children are placed in isolation at a child development research center for a few months until they are deemed well enough to be returned to familial custody. When Sheen's brother, Dan Sanders and his wife Jody come to collect them, they are told they can have them if they agree to stay in a large suburban middle-class home fitted with security cameras. Jody is reluctant to take the kids at first but soon adjusts to having them. In an attempt to bond with their new children, Jody auditions for a ballet performance, Swan Lake, and is cast in the lead role as the Swan Queen.
Meanwhile, a continuing pattern of bizarre paranormal activity in their new home makes them investigate further. They eventually learn from the children that the attacks on their home are by "Mama", the mother of the children, who is under a curse and is trying to get them back so she can sacrifice both herself and the children. Maria, the couple's Hispanic live-in maid, is frightened and keeps experimenting with various rituals, Catholic and otherwise, to ward off the evil spirits in the house. During the day, Dan is frustrated with the modest progress of his test subjects at a primate intelligence research facility; ironically, Dan is not bright enough to realize that one of the chimpanzees, Caesar, is now actually much smarter than he is.
Jody and Dan, with the help of Jody's close friend Kendra, must quickly find a way to lift the curse and save their family. Along the way, they seek the assistance of psychic Blaine Fulda, who turns out to be a complete fraud, and a dream extractor named Dom Kolb, who helps them understand that the solution to their problems lies in the mysterious Book of the Dead. However, Jody and Kendra fail to see what the book is capable of, oblivious to five friends continuously becoming possessed and reviving in the cabin. They wreak havoc when either of the two read the two passages of the book; one that unleashes demons, "gort klaatu barada nikto", and the other that revives them from possession. When "Mama" takes the children to a cliff to sacrifice them, Jody fails to lift the curse with the book, but does manage to knock the evil spirit into Ja'Marcus and D'Andre's pool containing a live shark, which then devours her.
Realizing the love for her adopted children is all she needs in life, Jody gives the part of the Swan Queen to Kendra, who performs the dance in the style to that of a stripper. The performance is heavily applauded by an audience that includes Jody, Dan, the children, and Madea. The story's narrator is revealed to be Caesar, who then informs the audience that the humans should enjoy as much time they had on earth and says that apes will one day take over the world.
In a post-credits scene, Sheen wakes up, with Dom Kolb sitting beside him, from a dream extraction (which the dream was the whole movie). After Kolb informs that Sheen will be sleeping with Lohan, a car crashes into the room, killing Sheen. Revealing Lohan as the driver, she gets out of the car, says to Kolb "You were driving" and throws him the keys, blaming the accident on him.

Moron 5




Moron 5 and the Crying Lady is a 2012 Filipino comedy film directed by Wenn Deramas,[1] starring Luis Manzano, Billy Crawford, Marvin Agustin, DJ Durano, Mart Escudero, and John Lapus. It was released last April 7, 2012 and distributed by Viva Films.
It tells the story of five friends who are depicted to be stupid. They cross the path of a gay man who has a grudge against them, so much that the gay man, played by John Lapus,[2] will do anything to bring them down.

Plot

Half-witted longtime friends Albert (Luis Manzano), Isaac (Billy Crawford), Mozart “Mo” (DJ Durano), Michaelangelo “Mike” (Martin Escudero) and Aristotle“Aris” (Marvin Agustin) were used to living moronic yet pretty normal and hassle-free lives until successful careerwoman Beckie Pamintuan (John Lapus) accused them of killing her father and ruin everything for them. The Moron 5 are more than sure of their innocence but for the life of them, they can't find any single satisfactory argument on how to prove it especially when their opponent would do everything to punish them for whim. Spending three miserable years in prison trying different failed comedic attempts to get out, they finally figured a way to escape. They stalked Vecky and tried to understand why she's fighting so hard to have them imprisoned when it's clear as day that what happened three years ago was a nonsense frame-up. An opportunity came when Vecky's driver got fired for having an affair with her maid and Albert volunteered to apply to replace him. He infiltrated the Pamintuan Residence and together with his four crazily daft friends, they've gathered information about the curious family yet to them, it isn't making any sense at all especially Vecky's unexplained hatred to the five of them. Why is Vecky fighting so hard to have them suffer? The Moron 5 will try their hardest to know and hopefully understand what's really going on although little did they know that by doing so, everything that they hold dear might be at risk.

Wacky (Dingdong Dantes) and Cat (Bea Alonzo) are childhood best friends. Cat is in love with Wacky, but the two had a fight, which made Cat decide to go home. On the way one of her car tires got flat, and it began to rain. David (Enrique Gil) saw her fixing her car, and took a video of it. David fell in love with her instantly, and he posted the video on the internet entitled "Girl in the Rain". The video became popular. David's best friend, Gillian (Liza Soberano) does not want him to meet the "Girl in the Rain". Wacky helps David look for the girl, not knowing that it is Cat. Elsewhere, Cat's mentally challenged sister watches the video and points out that it is Cat. At first, Wacky couldn't convince Cat to meet with David but eventually, Cat relented.
David and Cat fall in love with each other and Wacky realized that he could have told Cat at the first place the he loved her but it was too late. Wacky tries to impress Cat with the dance they practiced with his friends but then they witness David and Cat kissing. After sometime, the two lovers are seen by Gillian kissing, making her scream in surprise and envy. This surprised Cat and David and the two fell down the stairs, breaking one of their arms. Wacky used this to let Cat know that he loves her. One night Wacky's shirt got wet because of the rain, so he put it inside the dryer and he tried to tell Cat what he feels but David interfered. At David's car, he told Cat that he wants Wacky out of her life because it makes him feel uncomfortable, so she confessed her feelings for Wacky. The two lovers had a fight which made them almost broke up. In the bar, David called Wacky and told him every bad things he had to say to him because he is drunk but Gillian stopped him.
Cat and Wacky went to the bar and talked to David, who told Wacky the truth that Cat loves Wacky. They accompanied David home, Gillian confessed her feelings for David to Cat and told Cat that she only sees girls chase David but Cat is the only girl that David ever chased. She told Cat that she's jealous of her and as a friend she felt bad for David. Wacky finally confessed her feelings to Cat and Cat replied that if he had told it before it was too late they could have been together. David finally let go of Cat and realized that the one girl he loves is Gillian and the two became a couple. At Cat's birthday, Wacky and his friends set him up with Cat and then the two finally became a couple.
